HOW TO DO
1. PREPARE A BATTER WITH SEMOLINA,CURD ,VEGETABLES
,SALT,CHILI(OR BLACK PEPER) IN A BOWL.
2. MIX THEM VERY WELL.
3.IF ALL THE INGREDIENCE ARE MIXED VERY WELL THEN THE BATTER
IS READY.
4. WAIT FOR 5MINITES AND COVER THE MIXER.
5. AFTER 5MINITES THE BATTER IS READY TO USE.
6. TAKE SLICES OF BREAD (WHITE OR BROWN BREAD).
7. PUT 1 TO 2 SPOONS OF BATTER OVER THE BREADS.
8. SPREAD THE BATTER ALL OVER THE BREADS.
9. NOW BREADS ARE READY FOR TOAST.
10. TAKE A TAWA.
11. PUT THE GIRDLE ON FLAME TO HEAT THE TAWA FOR ROASTING.
12. PUT LITTLE AMOUNT OF BUTTER OR GHEE (1TSPN) ON THA TAWA.
13. SPREAD THE BUTTER OR GHEE OVER THE GRIDLE AND GREASE IT
AND LET THE GRIDLE HEAT.
14 HEAT THE GRIDLE WITH MIDIUM HEAT.
15.THE GRIDLE IS HOT,HEAD THE GRIDLE WITH MIDIUM LOW HEAT.
16.PUT THE BREADS ON THE HOT GRIDLE TO ROST.
17. REMEMBER THE SIDE WITH THE PASTE SHOULD BE DOWN.
18. TRY TO MOVE THE ROSTING BREADS.IF THE BREADS ARE MOVING
EASILY THN FLIP THE TOAST SO THAT IS DOES NOT BURN.
19.REPETEDLY FLIP THEM AND ROAST THEM TILL GOLDEN BROWN BOTH
SIDES AS WELL.
20.WHILE FRYING BACK SIDE OF THE TOAST THEN YOU CAN SPREAD
BUTTER .
21. IF THE BOTH SIDE OF THE TOAST BECOME GOLDEN BROWN THEN
TAKE THOS OUT FROM THE GRIDLE.
22.IF YOU WISH THE CUT THOS IN VERTICALLY AND
SERVE WITH SOURCES.

*YOU CAN USE MAYONNAISE INSTEAD OF CURD.
*spread pinch of chat masala and amchoor powder (dry mango
power) for more spicy.
